The [[Transition]] model is a compilation of tools and strategies for enabling communities to [[Relocalization|localize]] resources and increase [[resilience]], starting from the ground up. It asks how communities might respond to the new [[peak oil and resource depletion|resource]], [[climate change|climate]], and [[local economies|economic]] "normals" of our time and envision a healthy alternative today and tomorrow.  


Goshen Farmer's Market

Since its founding in 2000, Goshen Farmers Market has provided year-round indoor retail space to about 20 local farmers, bakers, and artisans.

But we’re more than just great food.  Located in the historic Mill Race Center, the farmers market is a thriving community gathering place. On market days, people of all ages and backgrounds come together to see friends, listen to live music, and relax.
